Quick PDF Viewer (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the App") prioritizes user privacy protection. This Privacy Policy clearly explains our rules for collecting, using and safeguarding user data, aiming to deliver open and transparent service experience.
We only gather data that is indispensable for supporting the App’s core functions and improving daily use experience.
When you send us feedback or seek customer support voluntarily, we may collect your email address and any other content you actively provide to assist with solving your inquiries.
We collect non-sensitive technical information such as device model, manufacturing brand, operating system version, unique device identifier including Android ID, network connection status, IP address, screen resolution, system language and time zone. These data are used solely to ensure the App’s compatibility, accurate document typography scaling, and normal running on different devices.
We record the frequency of feature usage (such as using the image-to-PDF converter), page browsing records, interface interaction events, and application crash logs. Such data helps us understand user usage habits, analyze average file sizes processed, and troubleshoot existing functional issues.
To deliver document management and productivity services, the App needs access to your device Storage and Files to open, render, display, annotate, or merge PDF documents. All rendering and file execution processes operate entirely locally based on an offline-first architecture; we will never upload your private documents, contracts, scanned paperwork, or personal text inputs to any remote cloud server.
To support document digitization and scanning functions, we obtain permission to access your device Camera when triggered manually. Combined with our local scanning module, we capture images of receipts, books, or ID cards to transform them into PDF documents. All visual capture processes focus only on local document conversion, and we will never monitor, share, or store any private visual data on remote networks.
Service Provision: Execute PDF rendering, file layout adjustments, image-to-document conversion, local annotations, and camera scanning functions you need under manual commands.
Product Improvement: Troubleshoot document viewing anomalies, deploy targeted software bug fixes, conduct user habit research, and optimize existing functional logic and text scaling capabilities.
User Support & Notification: Respond to your feedback and inquiries, and send necessary service reminders related to the App.
The App only applies for device permissions related to Storage access and Camera capture when required by specific functions. You have the right to grant or withdraw relevant permissions anytime through your device system settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit part of the document loading and scanning features of the App.
We will never sell any of your personal data to external parties. We only share user information under the following limited circumstances:
Authorized Service Partners: We cooperate with trusted third-party platforms including Google Play Services, AdMob Ad Systems, Firebase, and Facebook Audience Network, who process data independently and strictly in accordance with their own privacy protocols.
Legal Requirements: When required by laws, legal subpoenas, or for protecting the legitimate rights and safety of users and the public.
Business Transfer: In case of merger, acquisition or business transfer, your data will still be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless further notice is given.
Data Protection: We adopt standard industry security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access and leakage.
Data Retention: We only keep technical usage logs and telemetry metrics for a reasonable period necessary for service improvement. Document files, scanned graphics, and textual data processed locally during active reading sessions will not be permanently stored on our servers, and only kept temporarily within your local device configuration for real-time processing.
Access and Inquiry: You have the right to consult details of the data we retain related to you.
Data Deletion: You may contact us to apply for deleting your relevant personal information. Uninstalling the App will also clear local cached data, document history, and local bookmarks generated by the application instantly and permanently.
Opt-out Option: You can reset your device's advertising identifier, disable personalized advertising, and stop data tracking through your device’s Google system privacy settings.
This App is not designed for users under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect any information or parse technical logs from underage users. If we accidentally obtain relevant minor data or basic device specifications, we will delete it immediately once discovered.
We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally to adapt to global data privacy laws or Google Play developer requirement adjustments. We will update the effective date at the top of the page, and material changes will be active and legally binding the exact moment they are posted on this live screen. Continued use of the App means your recognition of the revised policy.
