1. Data Collection and Local Processing VocaSplit is designed to be a local media tool. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal audio files, music library data, or voice recordings to any external servers.
All core functionalities, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) vocal separation, audio splitting, and lyrics synchronization, are performed entirely locally on your device. Your files remain on your device at all times.
2. Permissions We Request To provide you with the karaoke and vocal splitting features, the App requires certain device permissions:
Media & Apple Music Access: We request access to your device's media library so you can select and import the audio files you wish to process. We do not collect or monitor your listening history.
Microphone Access: We request microphone access to allow you to sing along with the instrumental tracks in real-time. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio captured by your microphone unless you explicitly choose to save a recording locally on your device.
3. Third-Party Services We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The App does not integrate with third-party servers to process your media. If you choose to opt-in to Apple's standard analytics during your device setup, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage data to help us improve the App.
4. Data Security Since VocaSplit processes all data locally on your device, the security of your data relies on the security of your iOS device. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
