A. Information You Provide
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details via Supabase Auth (using Google or Apple Sign-In). We do not ask for or collect your real name.
User Content (Media): Photos, videos, and text prompts that you upload or input into the app for the purpose of generating AI videos.
Generated Content: The final AI videos created based on your inputs and prompts.
B. Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: We may collect standard device details (such as device model and OS version) to ensure app compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
Usage & Purchase Data: Details about your subscription status, credit balances, and purchase history (handled securely via RevenueCat).
2. Third-Party Services
We rely on specialized third-party services to operate Zora AI. These services process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Supabase: Used for our backend database, secure authentication, and cloud storage for your uploaded media and generated videos.
RevenueCat: Used for securely processing auto-renewing subscriptions, in-app purchases, and managing your generation credits.
Replicate API: We securely transmit your uploaded images, videos, and text prompts to the Replicate API. This is our AI processing engine that generates the final video content.
Push Notification Services: Used for delivering app notifications (e.g., letting you know when your video has finished generating).
Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In: Used for secure, passwordless authentication.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Zora AI app.
Process your text prompts and media uploads through our AI engines (Replicate) to generate your requested videos.
Process transactions, manage your subscriptions, and track your weekly/monthly generation credits.
Store your generated videos so you can access them across your devices.
Send notifications regarding your video generation status or subscription updates.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Permissions
To provide core features, Zora AI may request access to:
Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to upload your personal photos and videos to be transformed by our AI.
Notifications: To alert you when a long-running AI video generation is complete. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generated media only for as long as is necessary to provide the Zora AI service to you. You maintain full control over your data and can completely delete your account, including all associated uploaded media and generated videos, at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings.
6. Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information and media, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Age Requirements (13+)
Zora AI is intended strictly for an adult audience. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that an individual under 13 has provided us with personal information or created an account, we will immediately delete their account and data from our servers.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated Effective Date.
