Widgetly ("App", "we", "our", "us") is developed by AppsLab. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using Widgetly, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the App's features:
(a) Location Data (Optional)
Used only to fetch local weather information. We never store your location on any server. You can deny this permission and manually enter a city name instead.
(b) Crash Reports
Anonymous crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics. No personal identifiers are included. Used solely for bug fixing.
(c) Anonymous Usage Analytics
Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics via Firebase Analytics (e.g., which screens are visited, feature usage counts). This helps us improve the App.
(d) Purchase Information
All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive, store, or process your payment details.
(e) Widget Configurations
Custom widgets you create are stored locally on your device only using encrypted local storage. We have no access to your widget designs.

We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
- Your contacts, messages, or call history
- Your photos or media files
- Your browsing history or search queries
- Any data from children under 13 years of age
- Precise GPS location (only approximate location for weather if permitted)
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The limited information we collect is used only for:
- Providing and improving the App's features
- Fixing bugs and crashes
- Understanding general usage patterns to prioritize development
- Processing premium subscriptions via Google Play

The free version of Widgetly displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (resettable in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads)
- Approximate device location (if location permission is granted)
- App usage information for ad personalization
To opt out of personalized ads:
Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Upgrading to Widgetly Pro removes all advertisements permanently.

We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Widget configurations stored using encrypted local storage (Hive)
- All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- We do not operate backend servers that store personal user data
- Premium status verified directly with Google Play servers

Widgetly is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at anuraggulerria@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

You have the right to:
- Access: Request information about data we hold related to your use
- Deletion: Request deletion of any data associated with your use
- Opt-out: Disable analytics by clearing app data in Android Settings
- Location: Revoke location permission at any time in Android Settings
- Ad personalization: Opt out via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads

- Crash logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Anonymous analytics: Aggregated, retained 14 months per Google policy
- Local widget data: Stored on your device until you uninstall the App
- Purchase records: Managed by Google Play per their retention policy
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
