1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy describes how Wedding Crew Planner ("the App," "we," "us,"
or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are
committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Data You Enter into the App
The App allows you to store the following data locally on your device:
- Crew member names, phone numbers, email addresses, and profile photos
- Wedding event details including client names and phone numbers
- Crew assignments, schedules, and notes
- Financial records (income and expense descriptions and amounts)
- Team announcement text
All of this data is stored exclusively in a local database on your device.
It is NOT transmitted to our servers or any external server at any time.
2.2 Camera and Photo Library
The App requests permission to access your device camera and photo library
solely to allow you to add profile photos for crew members. Photos are
stored locally in your device storage and are never uploaded or shared
without your explicit action.
2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Location data
- Device usage statistics or analytics
- Crash reports
- Any data through our own servers (we have none)
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may
collect certain device information and identifiers (such as advertising ID)
to serve advertisements. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device
settings:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
3.2 LINE Messenger (Optional Sharing)
The App includes an optional feature to share text announcements and PDF
schedule files via LINE messenger. When you choose to use this feature, your
device opens the LINE application directly. We do not access, collect, or
store any LINE account data, contacts, or message content. LINE's own Privacy
Policy governs that interaction.
3.3 No Other Third Parties
The App does not use analytics platforms, crash reporting tools, social media
SDKs, or any other third-party data collection services beyond those listed
above.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not "use" your data
in any traditional sense. The data you enter is used solely by the App on
your device to:
- Display crew members, events, and schedules
- Generate PDF schedule documents
- Produce financial summaries
- Create backup files at your request
5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
5.1 Where Your Data is Stored
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device in:
- A SQLite database file on internal device storage
- An image folder in your device's documents directory (for crew photos)
- Backup ZIP files in locations you choose when exporting
5.2 How Long Your Data is Retained
Your data remains stored on your device for as long as you use the App.
Specifically:
- Individual records remain until you delete them within the App
- All App data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear App data
through your device Settings
- Backup ZIP files you have exported remain in your chosen storage
location until you manually delete them
We do not retain any copies of your data. Once data is deleted from the
App or the App is uninstalled, we have no access to that data and cannot
recover it.
6. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have complete control over your data and can delete it at any time
using any of the following methods:
Method 1 — Delete individual records:
Open any crew member, event, announcement, or finance entry within the App
and use the delete option available on that screen.
Method 2 — Clear all App data through device Settings:
Go to: Device Settings > Apps > Wedding Crew Planner > Storage > Clear Data
This will permanently delete all data stored by the App on your device.
Method 3 — Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling the App from your device permanently removes all data stored
by the App, including the local database and crew photos.
Method 4 — Delete exported backup files:
Backup ZIP files that you have exported to your device storage must be
deleted manually using your device's file manager application.

7. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your data to any third party.
Your data never leaves your device except when you explicitly choose to:
- Share a PDF schedule file using your device's share function
- Share an announcement via LINE messenger
- Export a backup ZIP file to a cloud storage location of your choice
In all cases above, the sharing is initiated by you and directed by you.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by professional wedding service providers and
is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a
child has entered personal information into the App, please contact us at
laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com and we will provide guidance on removing
that data from the device.
9. SECURITY
Because all data is stored locally on your device, security depends on
your device's own protections. We recommend:
- Enabling device screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, or pattern)
- Enabling device storage encryption if available
- Keeping your operating system updated
- Storing exported backup files in a secure location
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes
in the App or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at
the top of this policy when changes are made. Your continued use of the
App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
