PRIVACY POLICY — WaveWorld Radio (Android app only)

This Privacy Policy applies only to the WaveWorld Radio application for Android that you download from Google Play (the "Android App"). It does not apply to other platforms or versions unless we publish a separate policy for them.

InnovaStudioTech ("we", "us", "our") describes here how we handle information when you use this Android App.

2. SCOPE

This document governs privacy for the Android build of WaveWorld Radio distributed through the Google Play Store. Features and data practices described here refer to that Android package only.

3. SUMMARY

The Android App is a radio streaming application. It does not require you to create an account. Listening preferences you save are stored on your Android device unless you contact us by email or open third-party apps (for example, your email client or Google Play) from links inside the App.

4. INFORMATION ON YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

4.1 Local storage (on-device only)

The Android App may store information on your phone or tablet using Android APIs (for example, SharedPreferences or similar), such as:

  • Favorite stations you mark

  • Your last played station (so the App can restore it when you reopen it)

That data stays on your device under Android’s app sandbox. It is not uploaded to InnovaStudioTech servers for normal listening, because this Android App does not use an InnovaStudioTech login for streaming.

4.2 Network and streaming

The Android App uses your internet connection to play radio streams. When you play a station, your device connects to stream URLs and related services operated by broadcasters or networks. We do not operate those streams; connectivity is between your Android device and those third parties.

4.3 Images and fonts

Station artwork may load over the network and may be cached on your device. Fonts and UI assets may load as part of normal Android app behavior. Processing occurs on your device and through your network connection.

4.4 When you email us

If you write to innovastudiotech@gmail.com, we receive what you send (for example, your email address and message text). We use that only to reply and to improve the Android App where appropriate.

5. ANDROID PERMISSIONS

The Android App may request permissions required for streaming and playback (for example, internet access, and where applicable, background playback or media controls as supported by your Android version). We use permissions only to provide the App’s features on Android, not to sell your personal information.

You can review or revoke permissions in your Android device settings: Settings → Apps → WaveWorld Radio → Permissions (wording may vary by device).

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Android App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has shared personal data with us by email, contact innovastudiotech@gmail.com.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Radio streams, images, and links (including to Google Play or other apps) may be provided by third parties. Their privacy practices are covered by their own policies. We do not control third-party broadcasters or websites.

8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

Data stored only on your Android device is under your control (for example, you may clear app data in Android settings). Emails we receive are kept only as long as needed to respond and run our business, unless the law requires longer retention.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Laws in your region may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data. For information you sent us by email, contact innovastudiotech@gmail.com. For data stored only on your Android device, use your device and app settings.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy for the Android App. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Android App after an update means you accept the revised policy, where permitted by law.
