This Privacy Policy describes how Warehouse Crew Control ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Data You Provide (Stored Locally Only)
All data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your device's local storage. This includes:
- Staff information: names, phone numbers, email addresses, job roles, notes
- Staff photos: images you capture or select from your device gallery
- Work schedules and shift assignments
- Goods receipt records and product information
- Inventory check records
- Packing task records
- Announcement content
This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. It remains on your device at all times.
2.2 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain information from your device to serve relevant advertisements, including:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- General location (country or region level)
- Ad interaction data
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not have access to this data.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- App data (staff, schedules, etc.): Used solely to provide the core features of the App on your device. We do not access, collect, transmit or use this data in any way.
- AdMob data: Used by Google to display advertisements within the App.
We do not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with any third party, except as described in Section 2.2 (Google AdMob).

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

All app data is stored locally in your device's internal storage using SQLite database encryption. Staff photos are stored in your device's application documents directory.
We do not operate servers that store your data. Therefore, there is no risk of data breaches on our end. The security of your data depends on your device's security measures (screen lock, device encryption, etc.).

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

5.1 How Long We Retain Your Data
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is retained for as long as the App is installed on your device or until you manually delete it within the App.
- Individual records (staff, shifts, receipts, etc.) can be deleted at any time within the App by swiping the item and tapping Delete.
- All app data can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the App from your device. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data, including the SQLite database and staff photos.
5.2 How to Delete Your Data
You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time using the following methods:
Method 1 – Delete individual records:
Open the App, navigate to the relevant section (Staff, Schedule, Operations, Announcements), swipe left on any record and tap Delete. Confirm deletion in the dialog.
Method 2 – Delete all data:
Go to Settings in the App. There is currently no "Delete All Data" button; however, you can uninstall the App to remove all data permanently (see Method 3).
Method 3 – Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling Warehouse Crew Control from your device permanently removes all locally stored data including the database, staff photos, and backup files created by the App. This action is irreversible.
5.3 AdMob Data
Data collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own data retention policies. To manage or delete data collected by Google, visit your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com or review Google's Privacy Policy.

6. DATA SHARING

We do not share your personal data with any third parties except:
- Google AdMob: for serving advertisements as described in Section 2.2
- When you explicitly choose to share data (e.g., sharing a PDF schedule or announcement via LINE, email, or another app on your device). Sharing is always initiated by you and is optional.

7. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

The App requests the following device permissions:
- CAMERA: To take staff photos within the App. Only used when you tap "Take Photo".
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To select existing photos from your gallery for staff profiles.
- INTERNET: Required by Google AdMob to load and display advertisements.
No other sensitive permissions are requested. The App does not access your contacts, microphone, location, calendar, or any other personal data.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This App is designed for business use by adults and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this App, please contact us at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the App's store listing page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
