This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application named above (the "App"), developed and published by BN DEV STUDIO ("we", "our", "us"). It explains what information the App may collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. Depending on its features and version, the App may use some or all of the services and permissions described below.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you for personal data such as your name, email address, phone number or contact details, and we do not require you to create an account.

The App, or the third-party services it uses, may automatically collect certain non-personal information, including:

Device information: Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, screen resolution and network type.

Usage data: App interactions, features used, session duration, app version, crash logs and performance data.

Advertising data: Anonymous identifiers such as the Advertising ID, App Set ID or similar identifiers.

Approximate location: Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address, rather than precise GPS location, and may be used by advertising and analytics partners.

2. Device Permissions

The App may request certain permissions only when a feature requires them. You can refuse or revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permission.

Storage, all files access, photos, videos, audio and documents: These permissions may be used to show, scan, organize, clean, compress, edit, save or share files. File analysis is performed on your device. Your files are not uploaded to our servers unless a feature clearly requires you to share or upload them.

Camera: The camera may be used to take photos or videos, or to scan codes and documents, when you use a feature that requires camera access.

Microphone: The microphone may be used to record audio when you use a feature that requires microphone access.

Location: Location access may be used to provide location-based features when you use a feature that requires it.

Calendar: Calendar access may be used to read, display or delete calendar events only for features that you choose to use. Calendar data remains on your device.

Contacts: Contact access may be used to provide features that require your contacts, only when requested by you. Contacts are not uploaded to our servers.

Notifications: Notification permission may be used to send reminders, alerts and updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and nearby devices: These permissions may be used to detect or connect to nearby devices when a feature requires them.

Internet and network state: Internet and network permissions may be used to load advertisements, content and updates, and to check your network connection.

Other permissions: Any other permission is requested only when necessary to provide the feature you are using.

3. Files Deleted, Edited or Created by the App

When the App deletes files, they may first be moved to an in-app Trash, where they may be restored for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

Files created or edited by the App, including compressed, converted or edited copies, are saved on your device.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

The App may include smart or AI features, such as detecting similar, duplicate or blurry photos, or recognizing objects or text.

Whenever possible, these features are processed directly on your device. If a feature requires online processing, only the content you choose to submit is sent for processing. Such content is used to provide the requested result and is not used by us to identify you.

5. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through one or more advertising networks and mediation partners, including:

These advertising partners may collect information such as your Advertising ID, device information and approximate location to display, personalize and measure advertisements, limit the frequency of advertisements and detect fraud.

Each advertising partner processes information according to its own privacy policy.

6. Analytics, Crash Reports and App Services

The App may use third-party services to understand how the App is used, identify technical problems, fix crashes and improve the App.

These services may include:

These services may collect information such as device information, usage data, crash logs and identifiers according to their respective privacy policies.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Google Play.

We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive purchase-related information, such as an order ID or purchase confirmation, when necessary to provide and unlock the content you purchased.

8. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

Identify and fix crashes and technical problems.

The App does not store your personal data on our own servers.

You can take the following actions at any time:

Reset or delete your Advertising ID through your Android device settings.

Opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Account or device advertising settings.

Revoke permissions through your device settings.

Disable notifications through your device settings.

Uninstall the App to stop its access to your device and its features.

Contact us to request deletion of information that we may have associated with you, where applicable.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information processed through the App.

Where information is transmitted over the internet, appropriate security technologies such as HTTPS/TLS may be used.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13 years of age, or the applicable minimum age in your country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to address the situation and delete such information where required.

The App may contain links to third-party applications, websites or Google Play pages, including links such as "More Apps", "Rate Us" or advertisements.
