Delivery Address entered manually by the user
Device location information for nearby shop discovery and service availability

Display nearby shops and vendors within the service radius
Improve delivery operations and service availability
Help users select accurate delivery locations
Location access is only used while the App is actively in use and is not used for continuous background tracking.
Users may choose to deny location permission; however, some location-based features may not function properly.

Order details and order history
Vendor interactions
Pricing breakdown
Payment status and transaction IDs
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Razorpay.
We do not store:
Card details
UPI PINs
Sensitive banking information

5. Permissions Used
The App may request the following permissions:
Internet Access — Required for app functionality and communication
Notifications — To send order updates and important alerts
Location — Used to display nearby shops, improve delivery functionality, and support service radius features. Location access is only used while the App is actively in use.
Permissions are requested only when required by the feature being accessed.
6. Address and Location Data Usage
Your address and location information are used strictly for:
Delivering your order
Showing nearby shops and vendors
Sharing necessary details with assigned vendors and delivery partners
Improving service availability and delivery operations
Customer support and order fulfillment
We do not use location data for continuous background tracking.

7.1 Vendors
Order details and delivery address required to prepare and fulfill your order.
7.2 Delivery Partners (Riders)
Name, phone number, and delivery address required for delivery purposes.
7.3 Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers including:
Supabase — backend infrastructure and database hosting
MSG91 — WhatsApp OTP authentication
Razorpay — secure payment processing
These providers process data only for the services they provide to us.
7.4 Legal Authorities

8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and compliance purposes.
Account data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Order and transaction data: retained for up to 3 years
Device and technical data: retained for up to 90 days
Optional profile data: deleted upon account deletion
In-App Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly within the App:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Upon confirmation, account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.
