TRFIHI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when you use the TRFIHI mobile application (“App”).
1) Information We Collect
When you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:
A) Personal information you provide
Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored/handled securely by our authentication system).
Profile data: name, email, phone, and profile image (if you choose to upload one).
Forms and requests: information you submit when adding a garden/park, booking, complaints, reviews, comments, or other in-app submissions (may include address/city/country, descriptive text, and related details you provide).
B) Location information (with your consent)
Precise or approximate location may be used to show nearby gardens/parks and enable map-based features.
You can deny location permission; some features may not work.
C) Photos and media (with your consent)
If you upload images (e.g., profile photo or garden/park photos), the App accesses your photo library/media to select images you choose and then uploads them as part of your submission.
D) Notifications data
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you notifications. This involves collecting a device push token (FCM token). The token may be associated with your account so notifications can reach your device.
E) Usage and device information (analytics/diagnostics)
We may collect app interaction data and basic device/app information for improving performance and user experience (e.g., via Firebase Analytics and related services).
F) Payment / transaction information (when you pay)
If you make a payment, the App uses Moyasar (payment provider). Payment card details are processed by the payment provider within their secure flow.
We may receive/store transaction identifiers and payment status information (e.g., “paid/failed”) needed to confirm your reservation.
2) How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Create and manage your account and profile.
Show gardens/parks and services near your location (if you enable location).
Enable bookings/reservations and related services.
Enable favorites, saved items, and personalization features.
Allow you to upload content (e.g., photos, reviews, comments, garden/park submissions).
Process payments and confirm transactions.
Send notifications and updates related to gardens/parks, events, or your account (if enabled).
Improve app performance, security, and features.
3) Sharing of Information
We may share your information with:
Municipalities / operating companies / service operators when needed to process your requests (such as booking, complaints, or park-related submissions).
Technology service providers that help us run the App (hosting, analytics, push notifications, mapping, customer support tools).
Payment provider (Moyasar) for payment processing.
Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4) Third-Party Services Used
The App may use third-party services that process data under their own policies, including:
Google Maps (map display and location-based features)
Firebase (Google) such as Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Analytics
Moyasar (payment processing)
In-app web content (WebView) for certain flows such as payment authentication (3DS), which may use cookies within that web context.
5) Permissions and Your Choices
You can control permissions in your device settings:
Location: used to show nearby gardens/parks and map features.
Photos/Media: used only to select and upload images you choose.
Camera (if enabled in your build): used only when you choose to capture/upload images.
Notifications: you can opt out at any time from device settings.
You may also request account deletion (see “Your Rights”).
6) Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to:
Provide the App and its features,
Comply with legal obligations,
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless we must keep certain records for legal reasons (e.g., transaction records).
7) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access your personal data,
Correct or update your data,
Request deletion of your account and associated data,
Opt out of notifications.

9) Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are important, we will notify you in-app or by other appropriate means. The “Effective date” will be updated accordingly.
