If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. About Touch
Touch is a social expression and discovery service.
Depending on the features available in the product, users may post “Marks” in the form of text, voice, images, or other supported formats, discover content, resonate with posts, leave comments, receive notifications, and use other features related to accounts, content publishing, and community interaction.
2. Important Note About User Privacy
Touch is designed to help protect user privacy by not displaying registered email addresses to other users.
However, using the Service does not mean that we collect no information. To operate the Service, protect users, enforce our policies, prevent abuse, maintain account security, provide product features, and comply with law, we may process account information, content, device information, log information, location-related information, reports, and safety-related information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Please avoid posting content that reveals your precise address, real-time location, workplace, school, government ID, financial information, private contact details, or other sensitive information unless you fully understand the risks.

- to generate aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify you.
We do not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with this Privacy Policy unless we provide notice and obtain consent where required by law.
5. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- your consent, such as for location permission, notifications, or other permission-based features;
- performance of a contract, such as providing the Service under our User Agreement;
- legitimate interests, such as improving the Service, preventing abuse, maintaining security, verifying purchases, and protecting users;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- protection of vital interests or public interest, where applicable.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but doing so may affect features that depend on that consent.
6. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following limited situations:
6.1 With Other Users
Content you post or make available through Touch may be visible to other users according to the product’s design, your settings, and the feature used.

Apple may process payment, billing, refund, subscription, and transaction information according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
We may receive purchase verification, receipt, transaction, subscription, refund, cancellation, or entitlement information from Apple as needed to provide paid features, verify purchases, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you for analytics, research, reporting, product improvement, or business purposes.
7. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies. We recommend that you review their policies where applicable.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect users, prevent abuse, verify purchases, and maintain security.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the feature involved, legal requirements, safety needs, and user settings.
For example:
- account information may be retained while your account is active;

- logs and diagnostic data may be retained for a limited period unless needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution;
- Apple transaction and purchase records may be retained as required for purchase verification, entitlement management, accounting, tax, legal, support, or fraud prevention purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise process it in accordance with applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include encryption in transit, protected storage, access controls, monitoring, and security review practices.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Depending on where you are located and where our service providers operate, your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, assessments, consent, or other legally recognized mechanisms.

- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;

To exercise your rights, please contact us through the in-app Feedback / Help feature or by email at:
TouchLink21@outlook.com
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. Some requests may be limited by law, safety needs, fraud prevention, purchase verification, dispute resolution, or legitimate retention requirements.
13. Account Deletion
If the Service provides account deletion tools, you may request deletion through the app or by contacting us.
After an account deletion request, we may delete or anonymize account information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required or permitted by law, safety, security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, dispute resolution, enforcement, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

Deleting your Touch account does not automatically cancel any active Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must manage or cancel it through your Apple ID or App Store subscription settings.
14. Children and Minors
Touch is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you are a minor, you should use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by law, unless we have obtained appropriate consent or another legal basis applies. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to delete the information where required by law.
15. Sensitive Information
You should not post or submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific feature and you understand the risks.
Sensitive information may include precise home address, government identification numbers, financial information, health information, biometric information, private contact information, real-time location, or information about children.
Touch is designed to support social expression and community interaction, but users should still avoid sharing information that could identify themselves or others in harmful ways.
16. Tracking, App Tracking Transparency, and Platform Permissions
Touch may use local storage, analytics tools, app instance identifiers, device information, diagnostic data, or similar technologies to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service, as permitted by platform rules and applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information. If Touch uses data or identifiers in a way that is considered “tracking” under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, such as tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies, we will request your permission through Apple’s system permission prompt where required.
You may choose whether to allow or deny tracking permission. If you deny tracking permission, Touch will not use permission-based tracking for that purpose. Denying tracking permission will not prevent you from using the core features of Touch, although certain personalized, analytics, advertising, or measurement-related features may be limited where applicable.
You can manage tracking permission and other platform permissions through your device settings.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for legal, technical, operational, or product reasons.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, our website, email, app store update notes, or another reasonable method. Where required by law, we will request your consent.
The updated Privacy Policy will be effective as of the date stated at the top of this page or as otherwise stated in the notice.
