To provide you with AI-generated content (including images, videos, and music), we utilize specific third-party Artificial Intelligence models.
Before we send any personal data to a third-party AI provider, we will present an in-app permission dialog that clearly explains:
(1) what data will be sent,
(2) which provider(s) will receive it, and
(3) for what purpose.
We will only send the data after you tap “Agree”. If you tap “Cancel”, the AI feature will not run.
What data is sent to AI providers (depending on the feature you use)
- Your Inputs: text prompts; uploaded photos/images; video clips; audio/voice recordings; and selected generation parameters (e.g., style, duration, resolution).
- Account/request identifiers: a pseudonymous user ID and/or request ID to deliver results to your account and prevent misuse (not your password).
We strictly select providers that offer data protection standards consistent with this policy. Your data is used by these providers solely for the purpose of content generation and is not sold.

Data use by AI providers
AI providers may process and temporarily store inputs/outputs for generating your requested content and for safety/compliance monitoring. We require our providers to protect your data with the same or equivalent safeguards described in this Privacy Policy, and we do not permit them to sell your personal data.
Data Retention by AI Providers:
These third-party providers may temporarily retain your uploaded content and generated results to improve safety and compliance, but we have contractually limited their use of your personal data for other purposes (such as training their models with your personally identifiable face data) where possible.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password.
User-Generated Content (UGC) & AI Prompts: We collect the information you provided when you use our AI generation features, including text prompts, images, or other inputs you provide to create AI-generated content ("Generations"). We also collect the Generations you create.
Community Content: When you post content to our community square, we collect the content of your post, which may include text, images, and videos. This information will be publicly visible.
Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., via support emails), we may receive additional information about you, such as your name and the contents of your message.
Transaction Information: If you make a purchase, we collect information related to the transaction, such as payment details, which are processed by our third-party payment processors.
App Permissions: Depending on your device settings, and with your consent, we may access certain information through your device, such as your photo gallery or camera, if you choose to upload images for AI generation features. Access to this data is required for the app to perform its core functions.
To maintain a safe, ethical, and responsible platform, we have established the following content restrictions for all users of our AI-generated content website. These restrictions apply to any content generated, uploaded, or shared on our platform.
a. Prohibited Content
We prohibit the following types of content:
Illegal Content: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or engages in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, violence, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
Harmful Content: Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

No Misrepresentation: You must not represent AI-generated content as being created by you without proper disclosure.
No Sensitive Data Input: You must not input sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or sexual orientation) into our AI tools.
No Harmful Outputs: You must not use our AI tools to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the above prohibitions.
c. Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts. We may also report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including processing your prompts to create Generations.
Create and manage your account.
Enable you to share your Generations and other content in our community square.
Communicate with you, including responding to your comments and questions and providing customer support.
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities, and protect the rights and property of TopMediAi and others.
Comply with our legal obligations and the Google Play Developer Policies, including preventing the generation of restricted content.
Sharing with AI Service Providers：To provide our AI generation features (video, music, image), we transmit your input data (such as text prompts, uploaded images, and style preferences) to third-party AI model providers. These providers process your data solely for the purpose of generating the content you requested.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include:
Access: The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: The right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information.
