Tasknivo connects customers with local service professionals across Australia. When customers post a task, your specific street address, phone number, and email address remain completely hidden while you receive and compare private offers. Direct contact details unlock only after you accept and confirm a professional.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.
- Task Details: Service category, job description, budget, preferred timeframe, and general suburb/postcode.
- Professional Information: Business name, Australian Business Number (ABN), service radius, and categories.
- Communications: Job-linked messaging, offer details, and photo attachments.
3. App Permissions Used
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used solely to detect your area/suburb to match tasks with nearby professionals.
- CAMERA / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Used when attaching photos to tasks or sending work images in chat.
- INTERNET: Required to load secure marketplace web views and update job records.
4. How We Use and Share Information
- Connecting customers and local professionals.
- Generating private quotes without public bidding wars.
- Unlocking verified contact details between both parties only upon job confirmation.
