In Short: We do not collect personal information

Personal Information means information about a living individual who can be identified from the information, including your name, address, email, telephone number, fax number, geographic location, etc.

We do not collect any Personal Information when you use our application. We do not require users to register before using our service, nor do we require users to provide us with any Personal Information.

The only possible way for us to access your Personal Information is if you voluntarily send us your feedback, suggestions, or report issues via email. We may have the email address and other personal information you voluntarily send to us. In this case, Personal Information will be strictly protected and will only be used to contact you or improve our service. We will not disclose or share your Personal Information with third parties. Please note that it is up to you to decide whether to send us an email.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our App.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Apps. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Apps and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Apps, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Information collected through our App

In Short: We may collect information regarding your mobile device, when you use our apps. 

If you use our Apps, we also collect the following information:

Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.

Our application collects and processes the following information:

List of Installed Applications: We collect a list of the applications installed on your device. This information is used solely for the purpose of identifying potentially malicious applications and improving our detection system.


When the application is active, it scans the installed applications on your device to identify potentially malicious ones. Additionally, a list of installed applications is sent to our servers, specifically to the API on website https://footballcloudset.com, to enhance our system's ability to detect suspicious applications. These data transmissions occur exclusively to the designated website owned and operated by us, essentially serving as a backend for data exchange between users and our servers. Please note that we do not share the list of installed applications with any third parties.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Customer support. If you write to us using the information in the "How you can contact us about this policy" section, we will only use your personal information to give you feedback and answer questions you have.

Functionality. We collect a list of the applications installed on your device. This information is used solely for the purpose of identifying potentially malicious applications and improving our detection system.

For other Business Purposes. We may use your non-personal information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends and to evaluate and improve our Apps, products, services and your experience.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. Examples include: data analysis, hosting services and customer service. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Apps, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Apps over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of the user's account.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Apps. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
