Spa Team Planner ("the App") is a spa team management application developed for Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
2.1 Data You Provide Directly
All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device only. This includes:
Staff profiles: names, phone numbers, email addresses, roles, salaries, photos
Appointment records: customer names, phone numbers, service details, booking times
Shift schedules: dates, times, staff assignments
Service catalog: service names, prices, durations
Team announcements: titles and message content
2.2 Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers. The App functions entirely offline. No personal information is sent to us or any third party by the App itself.
2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and advertising IDs to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of personalized advertising, you can adjust your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Data entered into the App is used solely to provide the App's features:
Displaying staff schedules, appointments, and service information
Generating PDF schedule reports
Sharing announcements within your team
We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App's stated features.
4.1 Storage Location
All App data is stored locally in an SQLite database on your Android device using the Drift database library. Staff photos are stored in the App's private documents directory on your device. No data is uploaded to cloud servers or external databases by the App.
4.2 Retention Period
Your data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed. Data remains available until you:
Manually delete individual records within the App
Use the Settings → Restore function to replace all data with a backup
Uninstall the App (all App data is deleted by Android when the App is uninstalled)
Clear the App's storage through Device Settings → Apps → Spa Team Planner → Clear Storage
4.3 Backup Files
When you use the Backup feature, a ZIP file containing your data and photos is created locally on your device. You are responsible for managing and deleting this backup file. We recommend deleting backup files that are no longer needed from your device's storage.
You have full control over your data. You can delete your data in the following ways:
Delete individual records:
Open any Staff, Appointment, Shift, Service, or Announcement entry → tap the delete icon
Delete all data:
Option 1: Uninstall the App from your device. Android will automatically delete all App data and files.
Option 2: Go to Device Settings → Apps → Spa Team Planner → Storage → Clear Data. This permanently deletes all App data.
Option 3 (photos only): Manually delete files from the photos/ folder in the App's documents directory.
Delete backup files:
Locate and delete any .zip backup files you have saved to your device storage.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.
The App includes a Share feature that allows you to voluntarily share:
PDF schedule documents
Backup ZIP files
Announcement text messages
These sharing actions are initiated entirely by you and use your device's standard sharing system. You choose where to send this information. We have no access to or control over data you choose to share externally.
The App uses the following third-party service:
Google AdMob
Purpose: Displaying banner advertisements
Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Data collected by Google: advertising ID, device information, IP address
No other third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services are used in this App.

The App does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive permission beyond what is listed above.
The App is intended for use by business owners and managers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com and we will take steps to address it.
