1. Who We Are
CoachSolo ("the App") is developed by NAS G APPS. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at: Nasirghulam2@googlemail.com
2. What Data We Collect
Solo is a local-first app. All data you enter is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is not transmitted to our servers.
We collect and store the following data on your device only:
Coach profile information — name, title, qualifications, profile photo, sport preference and scheduling preferences.
Athlete information — athlete name, parent or guardian name, phone number and email address, training session history, attendance records, development plan notes and progress scores.
Session data — training session dates, times, locations and duration, attendance and confirmation status.
Payment records — payment amounts, dates and status. These are records you create manually. We do not process payments.
Location data — training venue addresses and home address for travel time estimation. We do not access your device GPS without explicit permission.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data you enter solely to display your coaching schedule and athlete roster, generate pre-filled SMS and email messages to parents sent via your device's native apps, calculate travel time estimates between venues, and send local push notifications to your device as reminders.
We do not upload your data to any server. We do not share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics. We do not sell your data.
4. Third-Party Services
Stripe (optional) — if you choose to add a Stripe Payment Link, that link is stored locally on your device. Clicking it opens Stripe's website in your browser. Stripe's own Privacy Policy applies. We have no access to your Stripe account or payment data.
Apple Frameworks — the app uses standard Apple frameworks including SwiftData, UserNotifications, PhotosUI and MessageUI. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to these system services.
5. Push Notifications
Solo sends local push notifications to your device only. These are reminders you set up within the app. We do not send remote server-side push notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in iPhone Settings.
6. SMS and Email
When you tap Send SMS or Send Email in CoachSolo, the app opens your device's native Messages or Mail app with pre-filled content. Solo does not send messages on your behalf. You review and send every message manually. We do not access your contacts, messages or email beyond what you explicitly initiate.
7. Photos
Solo requests access to your Photo Library only if you choose to add a profile photo. The photo is saved locally on your device. We do not upload photos anywhere.
8. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework, protected by your device's built-in security including Face ID, Touch ID and passcode encryption. We have no access to your data. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.
9. Children's Privacy
Solo is designed for use by professional sports coaches. It is not directed at children under 13. Athlete names and parent contact details entered into the app are used solely for coaching administration and are stored only on the coach's device.
10. Your Rights (UK / GDPR)
If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union you have the right to access the personal data stored in the app, which is all visible within the app itself, delete your data at any time via Settings → Profile → Delete All Data, and port your data since all data is on your device and fully under your control.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notice or by updating the date at the top of this page.
