This Privacy Policy describes how Site Supervisor Log ("the App") handles your information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Site Supervisor Log does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter — including project details, worker records, reports, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device.

2. DATA STORAGE

All app data is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. Photos taken or selected within the app are saved to your device's local storage. No data is sent to any external server or third party.

3. CAMERA AND STORAGE PERMISSIONS

The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to attach photos to reports, issues, workers, and projects. These photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action (e.g., using the Backup & Share feature).

4. BACKUP FEATURE

The Backup feature creates a ZIP file containing your local data and photos. This file is shared only through the sharing method you choose (e.g., email, cloud storage). We do not receive or have access to this file.

5. ADVERTISING

The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers to show relevant ads. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
