Anonymous Installation Identifier
The application creates an anonymous installation identifier on the device.
This identifier is used to distinguish one application installation from another for technical functions such as notification registration and preventing duplicate ratings.
The identifier is not intended to identify you personally.
Push Notification Token
If you allow notifications, the application may obtain and store a device push-notification token provided through Firebase Cloud Messaging or the applicable mobile operating system.
This token is used only to deliver conference-related notifications to your device.
Ratings and Comments
Users may voluntarily submit ratings for workshops or the conference.
A rating may include:
A rating score
An optional written comment
The anonymous installation identifier associated with the submission
Users should not include sensitive personal information in rating comments.
3. Information We Do Not Require
SGSS 2026 does not require users to provide:
Name
Email address
Telephone number
Home address
Account password
Payment or banking information
Government identification number
The application does not require attendee registration or authentication to access its main conference content.
4. How Information Is Used
Information processed by the application may be used to:
Operate and maintain the application
Provide conference content
Deliver push notifications
Display current congress announcements
Manage workshop and conference ratings
Prevent duplicate rating submissions
Maintain the security and reliability of the application
Diagnose technical problems

5. Push Notifications
SGSS 2026 may send notifications about the congress, including program information, workshops, reminders, announcements, and other event-related updates.
Push notifications are optional.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Disabling notifications does not prevent you from using the main features of the application.
6. Firebase Cloud Messaging
SGSS 2026 uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, a service provided by Google, to deliver push notifications.
Firebase may process technical information required to deliver notifications in accordance with Google's applicable privacy terms and policies.
SGSS 2026 does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging to obtain your name, email address, or other attendee profile information.
7. External Websites
The application may contain links that open websites outside the SGSS 2026 application, including SGSS websites and external conference registration services.

When you leave the SGSS 2026 application and access an external website, the privacy practices of that website apply.

However, no internet-based or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

SGSS 2026 is a professional conference application and is not specifically directed toward children.
