Security Patrol Chief is an offline mobile application designed for managing industrial security patrol teams. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how you can control or delete it.
All data is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any external server.
Data stored locally on your device includes:
Guard names, employee IDs, phone numbers, email addresses, positions, and profile photos
Patrol route names, checkpoint details, and locations
Shift schedules, attendance records, and shift notes
Incident reports, including descriptions, severity levels, locations, and photos
Shift handover reports and notes
Violation records and actions taken
Team announcements
We do not collect:
Location data (GPS)
Device identifiers
Usage analytics
Login credentials or accounts
Any data transmitted to our servers (we have none)
This app displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device information to serve relevant ads, including:
Advertising ID
IP address
App usage data
This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
The app may request access to your device's camera and photo library only when you choose to add a photo to a guard profile or incident report. Photos are saved locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared externally.
All data you enter into the app is retained locally on your device until you choose to delete it. The app does not automatically delete any data.
You control your own data. There is no automatic expiry or server-side retention period because no data leaves your device.
You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
Delete individual records:
Open any guard, incident, violation, or report record and tap the Delete button.
Delete all data at once:
Uninstalling the app from your device permanently removes all data stored by the app, including the local database and all photos saved by the app.
Delete backup files:
If you created a ZIP backup, you can delete it from your device's file manager at any time.
We do not store any of your data externally, so there is no need to contact us to have data deleted from a server.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as described in Section 4 (Google AdMob).
The app includes a feature to share shift schedules and announcements via LINE messaging. When you use this feature, the content is passed to the LINE app on your device. We have no control over LINE's data handling. Please refer to LINE's privacy policy for details.
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
