SaveUp is a personal savings goal tracking application designed to help users create savings goals, record savings activity, monitor progress, and plan how much to save over time.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information SaveUp processes, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Personal Savings Data

SaveUp is designed as a local-first application.

Savings information that you manually enter into the app, including:

• savings goals,

• goal names,

• target amounts,

• current savings,

• deposits,

• withdrawals,

• transaction notes,

• target dates,

• saving plans,

• goal images,

• reminder preferences,

• achievements,

• milestones,

• and application settings,

is stored locally on your device.

SaveUp does not require you to create an account or sign in to use its core features.

We do not operate a server that receives or stores your personal savings records.

2. Financial Information

SaveUp is a savings planning and tracking utility.

SaveUp does not:

• connect to your bank account,

• access your bank balance,

• transfer or hold money,

• process payments,

• provide loans,

• provide investment services,

• provide cryptocurrency services,

• provide credit services,

• or provide personalized financial advice.

Any financial amounts shown in SaveUp are entered or calculated locally based on information provided by you.

3. Advertising

SaveUp uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location,

• app and advertisement interactions,

• diagnostic and performance information,

• device identifiers,

• Android Advertising ID where available,

• and other identifiers used by Google's advertising services.

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. 

SaveUp does not use precise GPS location for advertising.

4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

SaveUp uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required by applicable laws and regulations.

Depending on your region, you may be shown a consent form before personalized advertising is requested.

Google recommends that consent information be refreshed when the application starts and that users be provided access to privacy choices when required. 

Where available, you can review or update advertising privacy choices from:

Settings → Ads & Privacy → Privacy Choices

5. Notifications

SaveUp may send optional notifications such as:

• savings reminders,

• weekly savings summaries,

• milestone notifications,

• and goal progress reminders.

Notification permission is requested only where required by Android.

You may disable SaveUp notifications at any time from:

SaveUp Settings

or from your device's Android notification settings.

SaveUp continues to function even if notification permission is denied.

6. Goal Images

SaveUp allows you to optionally select an image for a savings goal.

Images are selected using Android's system photo picker.

SaveUp does not require broad access to your photo library.

Selected images are used only to display the goal within the application.

7. Backup and Restore

SaveUp provides optional manual Backup and Restore functionality.

When you create a backup, the backup file is saved only to a location you select using Android's system file picker.

SaveUp does not automatically upload your savings backup to our servers.

If you choose to save the file to a third-party storage provider, such as a cloud storage service available through Android's file picker, that provider's privacy policy applies to the file stored there.

You are responsible for keeping exported backup files secure.

8. Reports and Exported Files

SaveUp may allow you to generate reports, including PDF savings reports.

Reports are generated from your locally stored savings information.

SaveUp does not automatically transmit generated reports to us.

You control where exported files are saved or shared.

9. In-App Updates

SaveUp may use Google Play's In-App Update services to notify you when a newer application version is available.

Update availability and installation are handled through Google Play.

Google's privacy practices apply to information processed through Google Play services.

10. In-App Reviews

SaveUp may use Google Play's In-App Review API after meaningful use of the application.

SaveUp does not receive the rating or review information directly through this feature.

Reviews submitted through Google Play are governed by Google's privacy policies and Play Store terms.

11. Data Sharing

SaveUp does not sell your personal savings information.

Your locally entered savings records are not shared with advertisers.

However, third-party SDKs used by SaveUp, particularly Google Mobile Ads, may collect and share certain device, interaction, diagnostic, and advertising-related data as described above.

12. Data Security

SaveUp is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of personal savings information.

Core savings data remains on your device unless you explicitly export or back it up.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their device and exported backup files appropriately.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Because core SaveUp data is stored locally, you control most of its retention.

You can delete individual goals, transactions where supported, or application data through the application's available controls.

You may also remove all locally stored application data by:

• uninstalling SaveUp, or

• clearing SaveUp application data through Android Settings.

Backup or exported files stored outside the application must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.

14. Children's Privacy

SaveUp is not specifically designed for children.

We do not knowingly operate a system intended to collect personal savings information from children.

Advertising displayed through Google services may be subject to Google's age-related and regional advertising policies.

15. International Users

SaveUp is available to users in multiple countries.

Advertising and consent behavior may vary based on region because applicable privacy regulations may differ.

Google UMP is used where applicable to manage consent requirements for advertising.

16. Third-Party Services

SaveUp currently uses services provided by Google, including:

• Google AdMob,

• Google User Messaging Platform,

• Google Play In-App Update,

• Google Play In-App Review,

• and Android platform services.

These services may process data under their own privacy policies and terms.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when SaveUp features, third-party SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change.

When significant changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will include a revised effective date.

3. Iklan

SaveUp menggunakan Google AdMob.

6. Gambar Goal

Pengguna dapat memilih gambar untuk goal menggunakan Android Photo Picker.

SaveUp tidak meminta akses luas ke seluruh galeri pengguna.

Gambar hanya digunakan untuk menampilkan goal di dalam aplikasi.

7. Backup dan Restore

SaveUp menyediakan fitur Backup dan Restore manual.

File backup hanya disimpan ke lokasi yang dipilih pengguna menggunakan system file picker.

SaveUp tidak otomatis mengunggah backup tersebut ke server kami.

Apabila pengguna memilih layanan cloud pihak ketiga melalui Android file picker, kebijakan privasi penyedia tersebut berlaku terhadap file tersebut.

8. Laporan dan File Export

SaveUp dapat menghasilkan laporan seperti PDF Savings Report.

Laporan dihasilkan dari data lokal.

SaveUp tidak otomatis mengirim laporan tersebut kepada kami.

Pengguna menentukan sendiri tempat penyimpanan atau tujuan share file.

9. Update Aplikasi

SaveUp dapat menggunakan layanan Google Play In-App Update untuk memberitahukan adanya versi baru.

Proses pengecekan dan instalasi update dilakukan melalui Google Play.

10. Review Aplikasi

SaveUp dapat menggunakan Google Play In-App Review setelah pengguna menggunakan aplikasi secara bermakna.

SaveUp tidak menerima isi rating atau review secara langsung melalui fitur tersebut.

11. Pembagian Data

SaveUp tidak menjual informasi tabungan pribadi Anda.

Catatan tabungan lokal tidak diberikan kepada advertiser.

Namun SDK pihak ketiga seperti Google Mobile Ads dapat memproses data perangkat, interaction, diagnostic, dan advertising sebagaimana dijelaskan sebelumnya.

12. Keamanan Data

SaveUp dirancang untuk meminimalkan pengiriman data pribadi.

Data tabungan utama tetap berada di perangkat kecuali pengguna secara eksplisit melakukan backup atau export.

Pengguna disarankan menjaga keamanan perangkat dan file backup.

13. Penyimpanan dan Penghapusan Data

Karena data utama tersimpan secara lokal, pengguna memiliki kontrol terhadap penyimpanan data tersebut.

Pengguna dapat menghapus data melalui fitur aplikasi.

Seluruh data lokal juga dapat dihapus dengan:

• uninstall SaveUp, atau

• menghapus App Data melalui Android Settings.

File backup atau export yang berada di luar aplikasi harus dihapus secara terpisah oleh pengguna.

14. Privasi Anak

SaveUp tidak dirancang khusus untuk anak-anak.

Kami tidak secara sengaja menyediakan sistem yang bertujuan mengumpulkan data tabungan pribadi anak-anak.

15. Pengguna Internasional

SaveUp tersedia di berbagai negara.

Aturan consent iklan dapat berbeda berdasarkan wilayah pengguna dan regulasi privasi yang berlaku.

16. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

SaveUp menggunakan beberapa layanan Google, termasuk:
