C. Permissions Used
The Application requests certain permissions:
Bluetooth – required for connecting to supported thermal printers for printing receipts (no Bluetooth data is stored or transmitted)
Internet access – required for Firebase synchronization, ads, and in-app purchases
Camera/Gallery – for uploading repair photos and store logo (Pro users only)
Storage – for saving QR code images and store logo locally
We use the collected data for:
Providing and maintaining the Service
Managing user accounts (including display name and identification)
Syncing repair records, inventory, and technician data across devices
Processing in-app purchases (Google Play Billing) for Pro features
Showing ads using Google AdMob (Free users only)
Improving performance and analytics
Generating and printing receipts (including QR codes as images)
Handling user support requests
Preventing fraud and unauthorized access
Backing up and securing application data
We use trusted providers to operate parts of the app:

📌 Ad personalization can be disabled from device settings.
Used to process in-app purchases (Pro subscription).
No payment details (card numbers, bank info, etc.) are stored by the app
Purchase verification is handled securely by Google Play Services
QR codes are generated locally within the app as images
No QR data is transmitted to external servers
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed:
Account info — until the user deletes their account
Repair records — retained for business purposes, deletable by user
Inventory data — retained for business purposes, deletable by user
Technician data — retained until removed
Usage data — for internal app improvements (anonymized where possible)
📌 Users may request deletion of their account or data anytime through app settings or by contacting us.
Your information may be processed in locations outside your region (e.g., Firebase servers).
We ensure your data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
You may delete your data by:
Accessing Account Settings → Delete Account (available within the app)
Deleting individual records (repairs, inventory items, technicians)
