This Privacy Policy describes how RoofCalc ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
RoofCalc operates entirely offline. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party.
All data you enter into the App — including client names, contact information, job details, photos, materials, and expenses — is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database and your device's local file storage.

2. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
When you attach photos to a job, the App reads images from your device's camera or gallery and saves copies to the App's private storage folder. These photos never leave your device unless you explicitly create a backup and share it yourself.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information (such as Advertising ID) to serve ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data at any time. Your data is retained for as long as the App is installed on your device.
You can delete specific records (clients, jobs, materials, expenses) at any time from within the App. To delete all data at once, use the "Clear All Data" option in Settings. Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently remove all locally stored data.

5. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data:
• Delete individual records: Open any client, job, material, or expense and use the Delete option.
• Delete all data: Go to Settings → Data Management → Clear All Data.
• Delete everything: Uninstall the App. This permanently removes all data stored by the App on your device.
We do not retain any copies of your data on external servers, so no additional deletion request is needed on our end.

6. BACKUP AND RESTORE
The App includes an optional backup feature that exports your data as a ZIP file to your device's local storage. Sharing this backup file is entirely at your own discretion. We do not receive, store, or have access to backup files.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
