Policy: The privacy policy governing Our use of Your data that we collect published under the name of R.I.A. Unlimited.
2.1 We, as an app, do not collect any personal, sensitive, or any such data that can be used for individual identification of the User.
2.2 The App does not request any special access permission from the User (Location, microphone, etc.). If You download the app from any third party sources (Which is nowhere close to legal), and it asks for any such permissions, please acknowledge that it is not distributed by Us, and that any such downloads from a third party can harm your device by spreading malware.
2.3 We, as a company, collect information in the form of Google Analytics, the use of which and the information collected by which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Please note, that we do not store any information, other than analytics from Google, which are limited to necessary developer analytics, and not any additional individual information. For more details about the specific info that we collect, please visit here.
2.4 You can disable Google Analytics by modifying your Google account settings.
Warning: This might cause irrelevant ads to show up in the App.
3.1 As a part of the premium features, the users may generate data, like Conversations, and customize and update information pertaining to those conversations, such as starring, updating, and removing any data. This data is uploaded, and thereafter can be downloaded from, our servers, which means all of the user-generated content, is stored on our servers, which may be viewed, and/or modified, as a part of unavoidable development procedures, and in case of legal requirements.
3.2 User-Generated Content is stored under unique user IDs assigned to each user on app install by our server based system. This implies that under no circumstances can a user be individually identified by anyone, including the developers, for any reason whatsoever. New user IDs are assigned after every app (re)install, as well as every time the user first opens the app after a removal of app data, through their device settings.
3.3 User-Generated Content remains on our servers, even after the users choose to uninstall the app, and the same may persist on our servers, until users explicitly choose to delete their content from our servers, before uninstalling the app. After uninstalling the app, the users lose access to their previously generated content since after the re-install, they are assigned a new user ID. The previously generated content may be deleted by the developers, if necessary, but if the user wishes to re-gain access to their previous account, we might be able to help with the same. In such scenarios, the users are advised to contact support.
3.1 The Analytics data that we collect is used solely for monitoring app performance on the Android platform, and if the User opts in (in their Google Account Settings ), for showing personalized ads to the User within the App.
3.2 Google Analytics help us get an insight into the User engagement levels, how often, and for how long Users use Our App, and how often they click on ads, and other necessary, and relevant data, excluding without limitation, any personal individual identifiable data.
3.3 The User-Generated Content, as it is uploaded on our servers, can be accessed by the developers of R.I.A., in case of unavoidable situations, including but not limited to, important development requirements, and extending to legal requirements.
3.4 If the User-Generated Content is found to be violating any laws, as set by the local authorities, R.I.A. reserves the right to share all the data that we can, with the concerned authorities, as and when required by law.
3.5 User privacy is our priority, and we, at R.I.A., take all the necessary steps to protect it.
