Welcome to RETROSUKO. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: we don't collect any.
1. No Data Collection
RETROSUKO is a fully offline number-puzzle game. The App does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Specifically, the App does not:
Require an account, registration, or login
Collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
Track your location
Access your camera, microphone, photos, or files
Use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind
Contain third-party advertisements
Connect to the internet to function
2. Data Stored on Your Device
To make the game work, the App saves your game progress locally on your device only. This includes:
League level and division progress
Daily challenge completion and streaks
Puzzle statistics and in-game settings (e.g., haptics preferences)
This data never leaves your device. It is not accessible to us or to anyone else. Deleting the App permanently erases all of it.
3. Children's Privacy
RETROSUKO is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no data whatsoever, it does not collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), in compliance with COPPA, GDPR-K, and similar regulations.

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data. Standard platform services (such as Apple App Store or Google Play for downloading and updating the App) are governed by their own privacy policies:

Since no data is transmitted or stored outside your device, there is no risk of your personal information being exposed through the App. Your game progress is protected by your device's own security measures.

Under privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, you have rights regarding your personal data. Because RETROSUKO collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Your local game data is entirely under your control — you can erase it at any time by deleting the App.

If we ever change how the App handles data (for example, in a future update), we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
