Renix: AI Image Generator ("Renix," "we," "us," or "our") is developed by ApeHero. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, retain, and protect information when you download, access, or use our Android application, Renix: AI Image Generator (the "App").
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

Renix is intended for users 18 years of age and older. The App is not directed to children under the age of 18.

When you use AI image generation, transformation, editing, or other image-related features, you may choose to upload photos or images from your device.
Providing photos or images is optional. However, certain features of the App cannot function unless you provide the necessary image input.

We do not use your uploaded photos, images, or generated content to train our AI models or third-party AI models.
The App may generate images or other visual content based on information, prompts, or photos you provide.
Generated content may be temporarily processed as necessary to provide the requested service. If you choose to save or download generated content, it may be stored on your device or otherwise handled according to the functionality you select.
We collect crash logs, diagnostics, and other application performance information to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the stability and performance of Renix.
We may process and share this information with service providers such as:

This information may include technical information about the App, device, operating system, crashes, errors, performance, and related diagnostic events.

Photos and images submitted for AI processing are processed temporarily and are not permanently retained on our servers following completion of the requested processing, unless you specifically use a feature that requires content to be saved.
Crash reports, diagnostics, performance information, and related technical information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for analytics, troubleshooting, security, and App improvement.
Device and application identifiers may be retained for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and App operation purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
Account information is generally retained for as long as your Renix account remains active.
When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account within a reasonable period and generally within 30 days, except where continued retention is necessary for legitimate purposes such as:

You do not need to reinstall the App solely to contact us regarding a deletion request.

Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your account or information stored in connection with your account.
