## Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Random Picker (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the application on Android or iOS.

Random Picker is designed to work offline and to keep your data on your device.

## Information we collect

Random Picker does **not** collect, sell, or share personal information with third parties.

The app may store the following data **only on your device**:

- Lists you create (names, numbers, colors, teams, winners)

- Recent pick history

- Basic app preferences stored via local storage

We do **not** require an account, email address, phone number, or location access.

## How we use information

Local data is used solely to:

- Show and manage your custom lists

- Perform random selections

- Display your pick history

- Remember your in-app content between sessions

## Data storage and security

All list items and history are stored locally using on-device storage (SharedPreferences). Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes this information.

We do not operate a remote server that receives your list content.

## Internet & third-party services

Random Picker does not require an internet connection for core features. The app does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that track personal identity.

## Children’s privacy

The app is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because data stays on the device and no account is created, no personal data is transmitted to us.

## Permissions

Random Picker aims to use minimal permissions. Clipboard access (when you tap Copy) is handled by the system and is only used to copy text you choose.

## Your choices

You can:

- Add, edit, or delete any list item at any time

- Clear individual lists

- Clear pick history

- Clear all app data from your device settings

## Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes occur.
