This Privacy Policy informs you about how data is handled when using the mobile application "QuickPrompt" (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Application").

QuickPrompt itself does not collect, store, or process any personal data from its users. The App functions without a user account, without registration, and without any dedicated server connection for data transmission.
In particular:
No proprietary tracking, analysis, or advertising takes place within QuickPrompt.
No cookies or comparable tracking technologies are set by the App itself.
No usage data (e.g., IP address, duration of use, accessed sections) is transmitted to the Data Controller or to third parties by the App.
QuickPrompt allows you to record videos. To use this feature, the App requests access to your device's camera and microphone upon its initial launch. These sensitive permissions are required solely to technically enable the local recording process.
The video and audio recordings are stored exclusively local on your device and are never transmitted to the Data Controller or to third parties.
If you subsequently choose to upload a recorded video to social media or other apps using your device's integrated share feature, this occurs entirely outside of QuickPrompt and beyond our control. In such cases, the privacy policies of the respective social network or third-party application used for the upload apply exclusively. QuickPrompt has no access to this process and receives no information about it.
The App runs on Android devices and utilizes Google Play Services in the background, as is technically standard for Android applications. These services are not controlled by QuickPrompt itself, but are an integral part of the Android operating system or are provided by Google.
Google may process data independently within the scope of providing these services (e.g., device information or technical logs). This processing is not conducted by QuickPrompt, but by Google as an independent data controller. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy:

Since QuickPrompt itself does not collect any personal data, no sharing of such data with third parties occurs through the App. A disclosure of data by the Data Controller would only be considered in the following exceptional statutory cases, provided that any data is available at all (e.g., through direct email contact initiated by you):
To the extent required by law, e.g., to comply with an administrative or judicial order;
If required in good faith to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of third parties.
Since QuickPrompt does not store any personal data on proprietary servers, no server-side storage is performed by the Data Controller. Videos recorded by you remain exclusively local on your device until you delete them yourself or uninstall the App.
Even though QuickPrompt itself does not process personal data, you generally have the following rights under the GDPR with regard to any potential data processing (e.g., when contacting us via email or through the Google Play Services utilized):

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
The App is not intentionally directed at children under the age of 18 or individuals below the relevant legal age under applicable law. Since QuickPrompt does not collect personal data, no targeted data collection from children takes place. Please note that when sharing videos via social media, the privacy and age policies of the respective platform apply.
Since locally recorded videos remain on your device, protecting this content is primarily the responsibility of your device's security mechanisms (e.g., screen lock, biometric authentication, device encryption). We recommend securing your device accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for instance, if the functional scope of the App changes or if legal requirements need to be adjusted. We will inform you of any material changes by publishing the updated version on this page, indicating the effective date.
