Quantory stores all your data locally on your device. No personal information is collected, transmitted, or shared with anyone.
1. What data the app stores
Quantory stores the following data exclusively on your device using a local database:
- Utility meter readings (gas, electricity, water) and associated costs
- Budget transactions, categories, and labels
- Fasting session records and weight entries
- App preferences such as theme, currency, and unit system
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it using the in-app export feature and choose to share it yourself.
2. Data we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or process:
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- The contents of your transactions, readings, or fasting logs
3. Analytics
Quantory uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This includes:
- Which screens are viewed and how often
- App open and session counts
- Device type and OS version (aggregated, not linked to individuals)
None of your personal entries are ever included in analytics. Firebase Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Crash reporting
Quantory uses Firebase Crashlytics to automatically report crashes. Crash reports contain technical information about the device state at the time of the crash (e.g. OS version, stack trace) and do not include any of your personal data or app entries.
5. In-app purchases
The Pro upgrade is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not handle or store any payment information.
6. Data backup and export
When you use the backup or CSV export feature, the exported file is created on your device. Sharing that file is entirely at your discretion — Quantory does not send it anywhere automatically.
7. Children's privacy
Quantory does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date at the top.
