2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Data You Enter (Stored Locally on Your Device)
PropDesk is an offline application. All data you enter — including property listings, client information, deal records, appointments, tasks, and financial records — is stored exclusively on your device's local storage. This data is NEVER transmitted to our servers or any external servers.
The types of data you may enter include:
- Property details (address, price, description, photos)
- Client contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Transaction and financial records
- Appointment and task details
2.2 Photos and Images
Photos you add to property listings are stored locally in your device's internal storage. These images are not uploaded to any server.
2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
PropDesk displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain device information to show relevant ads, including:
- Device advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- Device type and operating system version
- General location information (country/region level)
- App usage and interaction data for ad purposes
This data is collected and processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings under "Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization."

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 Local App Data
All data you enter is used solely to provide the app's features (managing properties, clients, deals, etc.). This data is never sent to us or any third party.

Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is used to display advertisements within the app. We do not have access to this advertising data.

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
4.1 Local Data Storage
All your personal and business data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database technology. The data remains on your device for as long as you use the app.
4.2 How Long We Retain Your Data
- We do NOT store any of your data on external servers.
- Your data exists only on your device.
- Your data is retained until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app.
4.3 Data Deletion — Your Rights and Options
You have full control over your data. You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
Option 1 — Delete individual records:
Open the app → Navigate to the relevant section (Properties, Clients, Deals, etc.) → Open any record → Tap the Delete button.
Option 2 — Delete all data at once:
Open the app → Go to Settings → tap "Clear All Data" to permanently delete all records from the app.
Option 3 — Uninstall the app:
Uninstalling PropDesk from your device will permanently remove all data stored by the app, including the database and all images saved by the app.
Note: Data deleted through any of the above methods is permanently removed from your device and cannot be recovered unless you have created a backup.

5. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as described below:
- Google AdMob: As described in Section 2.3, Google AdMob collects advertising-related data. We have no control over or access to this data.
We do not share your property data, client information, or any business records with any person or organization.

6. BACKUP AND RESTORE FEATURE
PropDesk includes a backup feature that allows you to export your data as an encrypted ZIP file. This backup file is saved to your device's storage and can be shared via apps of your choice (email, cloud storage, etc.).
Important: When you share a backup file, you are responsible for the security of that file. We recommend sharing backup files only through secure and trusted channels. The backup file contains all your business data including photos.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
