This Privacy Policy describes how Funspark (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”), a video saver and video browser available on the Apple App Store. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms outlined here, please do not use the App.
We may collect both personal and non-personal information to provide and improve our services. Personal information may include data that you voluntarily provide, such as when you contact us via email. Non-personal information includes data automatically collected when you use the App, such as device type, operating system version, app usage behavior, and diagnostic data. This information helps us understand how users interact with the App and allows us to improve performance and user experience.
The App itself does not require users to create an account, and we do not directly collect sensitive personal information such as your name, address, or payment details unless you explicitly provide it when contacting us.
We use the collected information to operate and maintain the App, improve functionality, analyze user behavior, fix bugs, and enhance overall performance. Information may also be used to personalize content, provide relevant advertisements, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
We may use your data to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate important updates regarding the App.
Our App integrates with several third-party services that may collect, monitor, and analyze information to improve our services and provide advertising. These third-party services have their own privacy policies regarding how they use such information.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized ads. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services here:

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our App. Google Analytics collects information such as usage frequency, session duration, and in-app behavior. More details can be found here:

We use Google Crashlytics to monitor and fix app crashes. Crashlytics helps us identify stability issues and improve app performance. Learn more here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We use AppsFlyer for attribution and marketing analytics. AppsFlyer helps us understand how users discover and install the App. Their privacy policy is available here: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy/

These third-party providers may use cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies to collect and process information about your device and usage of the App.
Our App may request access to certain device features to provide its core functionality as a video saver and video browser. These permissions are only used when necessary and are not accessed in the background without your knowledge.
The App may request access to your device’s location through the iOS permission labeled NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription. This permission allows the App to access your location only while you are actively using it. We use this information strictly to enable location-based features, such as showing regionally relevant content or improving content recommendations. We do not continuously track your location, and location data is not stored or shared for unrelated purposes.
The App may also request access to your photo library through the permission NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription. This access is required so that you can select, view, or manage media within your device when interacting with the App. For example, this allows you to browse your existing media or choose where to save downloaded videos. We do not scan or collect your entire photo library, and access is limited to what is necessary for the feature you are using.
Additionally, the App requests permission under NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription to save content directly to your photo library. This is a core feature of the App, allowing you to download and store videos from the App into your device’s gallery. This permission only allows the App to add new media files; it does not grant access to modify or delete your existing photos or videos.
All permissions are requested transparently and can be managed or revoked at any time through your device settings. The App will continue to function, although some features may be limited if permissions are denied.
The App displays advertisements to support free usage. These advertisements may be personalized based on your interests and usage patterns. You can manage your advertising preferences through your device settings, including limiting ad tracking.
The App may offer subscription-based services and in-app purchases to unlock premium features. Payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store, and we do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We use purchase-related data solely to provide access to premium features and to maintain your subscription status.
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to remove such information from our servers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain types of data processing.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
