This Privacy Policy describes how PrintCalc ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Data You Enter (Stored Locally Only)
The App allows you to enter and store business data on your device, including:
- Job/order information (titles, dimensions, prices, dates, photos)
- Customer names and contact details (name, phone, email, address)
- Materials and inventory records
- Financial records (income and expenses)
All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using a local database. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of this information.
1.2 Photos
If you choose to attach photos to jobs, those photos are saved locally on your device in the app's private storage folder. They are not uploaded to any server.
1.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use certain information to show relevant ads, including:
- Device advertising ID
- IP address
- App usage information
- Device information (model, OS version)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive or store this advertising data.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We do not use, share, sell, or transmit any personal data you enter in the App. All data remains on your device and is used solely to provide the app's features (job tracking, customer management, inventory, finance overview).

3. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
─────────────────────────────────────────
3.1 Local Storage
All data you enter is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database and in the app's private storage folder. Data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed, or until you delete specific records within the App, or until you uninstall the App.
3.2 Backup Files
If you use the Backup feature, a ZIP file containing your data and photos will be created. This file is stored in your device's temporary storage or shared to a location you choose (such as cloud storage, messaging apps, or email). We have no access to these backup files. You are responsible for the security of any backup files you share or store.
3.3 Retention Period
- In-app data: retained until you delete it manually or uninstall the App
- Backup files: retained wherever you save them, under your full control
- AdMob data: managed by Google per their data retention policies

4. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You have full control over your data. You can delete your data at any time using these methods:
Method 1 — Delete individual records:
Open the App → navigate to any Job, Customer, Material, or Expense → tap the delete icon to remove that record permanently.
Method 2 — Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling PrintCalc from your device will permanently delete the local database and all associated data, including all stored photos. This action cannot be undone.
Method 3 — Clear App Data:
Go to your device Settings → Apps → PrintCalc → Storage → Clear Data. This will erase all app data, including the database and saved photos.
If you have created backup files and wish to delete them, you must delete those files manually from wherever you saved them (device storage, cloud service, etc.).

5. DATA SECURITY

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security (screen lock, encryption if enabled). We do not transmit your data over the internet. We recommend enabling device encryption and using a secure screen lock to protect your data.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

PrintCalc is a business management tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at the email below.

The App uses the following third-party service:

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
