PowerGrid_Puzzle is a tile-rotation puzzle game where you restore broken electrical networks, reconnect homes, and progress through a generated campaign of districts and repair stops.

Try fully closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, restart your device and try again.
If you generated a new grid, your campaign progress and stars may reset for the new campaign.
Make sure your device has an internet connection. If a purchase is not restoring properly, use the restore purchases option in the app and try again.
Check your device volume and silent mode settings. Also make sure music or sound has not been disabled in the app if that option is available.
