This application is developed with a vision to inform the citizens of Pakistan about the features available in the “PM Youth Programme” application. For a better experience, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including

• CNIC and its issuance date

• Email

• Date of Birth

• Address

• Education details

• Work Experience

This information is stored both on the user’s device and securely on our servers. We do not share this data with any third parties under any circumstances, except as required by law or mentioned in this policy.

How can a user delete their account and data?

Users have full control over their account and data. If a user wishes to delete their account:

1. Go to the "Privacy & Settings" section within the mobile app.

2. Tap the "Delete/Deactivate Account" option.
   
   

Upon this action:

• The account will be immediately deactivated, restricting access to all features and services.

• After 29 days, the user data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

• This deletion is irreversible.

Once an account is deactivated, users cannot create a new account using the same email, CNIC, or credentials until the 29-day period has passed and the previous data is permanently removed from our systems.

What is the legal basis for this data?

The government of Pakistan, under the laws and provisions of the country, can hold the information provided by citizens. The information is used strictly for delivering the services offered through this application, with full compliance to data and information security regulations.

For which specific purpose is the data collected?

The data is collected to:

• Provide and improve user experience

• Allow access to various PM Youth Programme services

• Maintain user records

• Communicate service-related information

Application administrators are authorized to access user data and may share it with relevant authorities only if legally required
