Introduction :
- The Daily Collection App ("the App") is developed to facilitate daily collection activities, customer account management, loan recovery, reporting, and other banking-related services for authorized collection agents.

- The App may collect and process the following information:
1) User login credentials for authentication.
2) Collection agent information.
3) Customer account and collection details.
4) Transaction and receipt information.
5) Device information required for application security and compatibility.
6) Location information (only when required for collection-related features and for getting the nearest collections).

Messaging Service -
The App provides an optional Messaging Service that allows authorized users to share collection receipts with customers using the device messaging application (such as SMS or RCS, where supported).
- This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled or disabled from the Apps service.
- When enabled, the App passes the collection receipt information to the device messaging application using Androids standard sharing mechanism.
- The App does not send messages directly or in the background.
- The user remains responsible for reviewing and sending the message through their default messaging application.
- The App does not access, read, collect, or store the users personal SMS or RCS conversations.
- This feature is intended solely for sending collection receipt information and is not used for advertising or promotional communications.
Data Sharing -
The App does not sell, rent, or share users personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information is shared only with the authorized financial institution or organization operating the App, as required to provide banking and collection services.
Data Security -
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All communication with backend services should be performed using secure connections (HTTPS).
Data Retention -
