This Privacy Policy describes how Pet Shop Manager ("the App") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Pet Shop Manager is an offline application. All data you enter — including pet records, customer information, appointments, sales, products, and expenses — is stored exclusively on your device using a local database (SQLite). This data is never transmitted to any server or third party by the App itself.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information on external servers.
2. DATA YOU STORE IN THE APP
The App allows you to store business-related data such as:
- Pet inventory details
- Customer names and contact information
- Appointment records
- Sales transactions
- Product inventory
- Business expenses
This data remains entirely on your device and under your control at all times.
3. BACKUP AND RESTORE
The App includes an optional backup feature that exports your data as a ZIP file to your device storage. Sharing this backup file via messaging apps, email, or cloud storage is done entirely at your own discretion using your device's native share functions. The App developer has no access to any backup files you create or share.
4. ADVERTISING
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain device information and usage data to serve relevant ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

You can review Google's data practices and opt-out options through your device settings under "Ads" or "Google Settings".
5. PERMISSIONS
The App may request the following device permissions:
- Camera and Storage: Used only for adding photos to pet and product records. Photos are stored locally on your device.
- Internet: Required for loading advertisements via Google AdMob only.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is intended for business use by adults.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
