We understand that this is a big responsibility for us and work very hard to protect your information. If you seek technical support via email, we will get your email address and the information you provided, but it will be deleted after handling the technical support. Namely, we DO NOT collect any personal information except you seek technical support from us. Besides, We DO NOT Use, Sell or Disclose any personal information to third parties.

We may request to send you push notifications regarding certain features of the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

"Opti for Smartphone" does not knowingly collect any personal identification information from children under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of consent for Juveniles as defined under applicable laws) or knowingly allow such person to register on "Opti for Smartphone". In the event that we are notified that we have collect personal information from a child under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of consent for Juveniles as defined under applicable laws) without parental consent, we delete relevant information as quickly as possible. 4. How is your information used?

You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can use our app without providing us with any personal information.

• to read or write the system settings

• to write the sync settings

• to open network sockets

• to access information about networks, including Wi-Fi networks

• to change Wi-Fi connectivity state

• to discover, pair and connect to bluetooth devices 

• to stop background processes

• to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming

• access to the vibrator

• to receive the that is broadcast after the system finishes booting

• to use foreground services

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service. We only share and disclose your information with the following Service Providers:

Firebase is a mobile app analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports mobile application usage. Google uses the data collected to track the use of our Application. This data is used by us to increase the usability of our services. We do not forward this data. 7.  How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
