This Privacy Policy describes how the Optical Store Crew application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. Please read this policy carefully.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third-party service, except as described in Section 5 (Advertising).
All data you enter into the App — including staff profiles, names, contact details, photos, attendance records, shift schedules, leave requests, and announcements — is stored exclusively and locally on your device.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
All data you enter is used solely to display information within the App on your own device. We do not access, view, analyze, or use your data in any way.

3. DATA STORAGE
All app data is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database file. Staff photos are saved in the app's private internal storage folder. No data is uploaded to any external server, cloud storage, or third-party platform by the App.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your data is stored on your device for as long as the App is installed.
How to delete your data:
• Delete individual records: Open any staff profile, attendance record, leave request, shift, or announcement and tap the Delete button to permanently remove that record.
• Clear all app data: Uninstalling the App from your device permanently and irreversibly deletes all data stored by the App, including the database and all staff photos.
• Device factory reset: Performing a factory reset on your device also permanently removes all App data.
The developer has no access to your data and cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf, as it exists only on your device.
There is no fixed retention period — data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

5. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain information from your device, including:
• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• IP address
• General location (country/region)
• App usage data
This information is used by Google to serve relevant advertisements. The developer does not receive or store this information.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time:
Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (or "Delete advertising ID" on Android 12+)

6. PERMISSIONS
The App requests the following Android permissions:
• CAMERA: Used to take photos of staff members within the App.
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used to select existing photos from your device gallery.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used to save backup files on older Android versions.
• INTERNET: Required by the AdMob advertising SDK.
No permission is used to collect or transmit personal data outside the App.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
