You can permanently delete your OncoPlanner profile and stored records directly in the app.

IN THE APP

1. Open OncoPlanner.

2. Go to the Home screen.

3. Scroll to “Privacy and your data”.

4. Select “Delete my profile and all data”.

5. Confirm the permanent deletion.

WHAT WILL BE DELETED

• Profile and treatment preferences

• Check-ins, symptoms, warning flags and notes

• Appointments, medications and reminders stored in the cloud

• Clinic information entered by the user

• The anonymous Firebase authentication identifier

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

CANNOT ACCESS THE APP?

Send a request to vitacaredigital@outlook.com with the subject “OncoPlanner data deletion request”. Support will provide the steps required to securely locate the app profile and confirm deletion.
