Notelya collects ZERO user data. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. Everything you create within the app—including note titles, descriptions, creation/edit timestamps, and favorite statuses—is stored locally on your device.

Fully Offline Functionality

Notelya is designed to work entirely offline. The application does not require an internet connection to function, and it does not make any network requests. Because it is completely offline, there is no technical mechanism for your data to leave your device.

No Third-Party Services or Ads

To ensure a safe and uninterrupted user experience, Notelya:

• Does not display any advertisements.

• Does not integrate with third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.

• Does not share, sell, or rent any information to third parties.

Data Security

Because all data generated by Notelya remains strictly on your local device, the security of your notes is tied to the security of your device. We highly recommend utilizing your device's built-in security features, such as screen locks (PIN, password, biometrics) and device encryption, to protect your personal information.

Deletion of Data

You have full control over your data. You can delete individual notes at any time using the app's built-in deletion feature. If you uninstall the Notelya application, all notes and data associated with the app will be permanently deleted from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if we introduce new features. However, our core philosophy will never change: we will never collect or sell your personal data.
