Thank you for choosing Nurse Care Tracker ("we", "our", "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the terms described below.
## 1. Information We Collect
Nurse Care Tracker is designed as a fully offline application. We do **NOT** collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers.
All information you enter into the App — including client profiles, care logs, schedules, photos, and other notes — is stored **locally on your device only**.
We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
## 2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following information may be stored locally in your device's storage:
- Client profiles (name, date of birth, contact information, notes)
- Care activity logs and history
- Medicine reminder lists
- Vital signs records
- Tasks and schedule data
- Photos you choose to attach
- App preferences (language, theme, settings)
This data never leaves your device unless **you** choose to export it using the in-app backup feature.
## 3. Permissions We Request
The App may request the following permissions on your device:
- **Camera** — to take photos for client profiles (only when you tap the camera button)
- **Photos / Media / Storage** — to select existing photos and to create or restore backup files
- **Internet** — only used to display advertisements served by Google AdMob
These permissions are used solely for the features described and not for data collection.
## 4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use certain information such as:
- Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location (country-level)
- App usage information related to ads
This information is used by Google to deliver ads and improve advertising services. Google's use of data is governed by their privacy policy:

## 5. Backup Files
The App allows you to create a ZIP backup file containing your local data and photos. This backup is created on your device and is **only shared when you explicitly choose to share it** (for example, via email or cloud storage). We have no access to your backup files.
You are responsible for keeping your backup files secure.
## 6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adult users (caregivers, nurses, and care workers). It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
## 7. Data Security
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, security depends on your device's protection (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend:
- Using a screen lock and strong password
- Keeping your device's operating system up to date
- Storing backup files in a secure location
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by lost, stolen, or compromised devices.

The App uses the following third-party services:
