Our application is designed to respect your privacy.
- NFC Data: All data scanned from or written to NFC tags (including web links, text, Wi-Fi credentials, and contacts) is processed locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on external servers.
- Smart History & Business Cards: Information stored within the "Records" manager or the "Digital Business Card" feature is saved directly onto your device's local storage (and your personal iCloud if enabled by you).
- Device Information: We do not collect personal identifiers, location tracking, or device-specific metrics.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect your personal data, we do not use, sell, or share any of your information with third parties. Any data managed by the app remains entirely under your control.
3. Data Security
Because all data is confined to your physical device and your private Apple iCloud storage, the security of your data is protected by Apple’s iOS system-level encryption.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA Notice)
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to know what personal data is being collected. Because our Application does not collect, store, or share any personal identifiers or network activity, we fully comply with California privacy regulations by default. We do not sell or "share" your personal information as defined under California law.
6. GDPR Compliance (For European Users)
For users based in the European Economic Area (EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. Since all data generation, tag writing, and records updating happen locally on your iPhone, you maintain absolute data ownership and right to erasure simply by deleting records inside the app or uninstalling the app from your device.
