MY Vespera Rift (“the App”) is provided by its developer for informational and educational purposes. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
MY Vespera Rift does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal information.
The App does not require account creation, login, or registration.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, payment information, or any other personal data through the App.
The App allows users to create personal notes and save selected cellar entries for their own use.
This information is stored locally on your device only using Apple technologies for on-device persistence.
Your notes, saved items, and in-app preferences are not uploaded to external servers and are not shared with the developer.
Root Cellar does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
We do not track your activity across apps or websites, and we do not use the App for targeted advertising.
Because the App does not collect personal data, no personal data is sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to third parties.
Root Cellar does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal data, it does not intentionally process children’s personal information.
Since most app content is provided within the App and user-created data is stored locally on the device, MY Vespera Rift is designed to minimize data exposure. However, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device.
You may delete your notes or saved items at any time from within the App.
If you uninstall the App, locally stored data may also be removed from your device, depending on your device settings and system behavior.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any future changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
