2. Permissions

Overlay Permission: Required to draw the neon border over other apps as required.

Billing: We use Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. All financial transactions are handled directly by Google; we do not see or store your credit card information.

Record Audio Permission: Required on  Visualizer HD Live Wallpapers to capture audio for the sole purpose for visualizers to react. No user audio is stored.
