This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application IPTV: Smart Live & Stream, developed and published by Minerva-Mind (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The service is provided as an Ad Supported service, and is provided "AS IS". By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application refers to IPTV: Smart Live & Stream, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Minerva-Mind.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone, a digital tablet or an Android TV / TV box.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, session duration, number of playlists imported, channels played, EPG lookups, or interactions with in-app tools).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and use the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory unless you choose to create an account for synchronization, backup, or premium features.
User-Provided Information may include, but is not limited to:
Tool Preferences & Settings: Playlist sources you add (M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs, local M3U files, or Xtream Codes login details such as server URL, username and password), selected stream/video quality, default player (built-in or external), EPG (TV Guide) preferences, screen lock, brightness and volume defaults, sleep timer, and language choices.
Subscription & Premium Service Information: Data related to your enrollment in paid features or premium packages, such as an ad-free experience, higher quality options, or additional playback features.
Feedback & Communications: Ratings, feedback, bug reports, inquiries, or support communications submitted directly via the Application.
Content Stored on Your Device: Playlist URLs, Xtream Codes credentials, imported M3U/M3U8 files, your favorite channels list, recently watched/recall channel history, and cached EPG data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
Device information, such as device identifier, device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, screen resolution, available storage, and application version.
Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and analytics-related identifiers.
IP address and approximate location derived from IP address (coarse location only, for analytics and service optimization purposes).
Application usage data, including session start and end times, number of playlists imported, channels browsed or played, use of the EPG, favorites, search, Picture-in-Picture and Cast-to-TV features, frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
Network information, such as connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and stream buffering or connection errors, used to manage playback, support reconnection, and diagnose failures.
This automatically collected information is used to improve application performance, monitor system reliability, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising (if applicable), and enhance overall user experience.
The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS location information. Only coarse location data derived from IP address may be collected for analytics and service optimization purposes.
The Application does not upload, copy, host or transmit to the Service Provider the IPTV playlists, streams, or channel content you add. The Application does not contain any pre-loaded playlists or channels, does not host or provide any TV channels, movies, or media of its own, and does not sell, distribute, or promote any streaming content. Users must supply their own legally obtained M3U/M3U8 playlists, Xtream Codes credentials, or IPTV subscriptions. You are responsible for ensuring that you only access content you are authorized to use, and for respecting the copyright and terms of service of each provider or source you add.
Storage & Network Permission
The Application requests access to your device storage solely to let you import local M3U/M3U8 playlist files, and to your network connection to load and play the streams you add and to support features such as Cast to TV. The Application does not scan, read, collect or transmit unrelated personal files stored on your device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and related services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that the Application integrates third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. Below are examples of third-party services used by the Application:

These third-party services may collect, process or store your information independently of the Service Provider; we do not control their data practices beyond the terms of this Policy.
In addition, when you add and play content from a playlist URL, Xtream Codes provider, or other stream source, that provider and any services embedded in it may collect information about you independently, in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Service Provider does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of third-party IPTV providers or streams accessed through the Application. This Application is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any television provider, broadcaster, streaming service, IPTV provider, or content owner.
Disclosure of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Subscription, Premium Services
If you subscribe to premium features within the Application (such as an ad-free experience, higher stream quality, or additional player features), the Service Provider may collect and process additional information to manage your subscription, including:
Payment or transaction status (processed securely by Google Play; the Service Provider does not store full payment credentials).
Subscription start, renewal and expiration dates, and usage history of premium features.
All subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services, ensure compliance with store policies, and fulfill legal obligations. You may contact the Service Provider at hoangthieu1092002@gmail.com to manage, cancel, or request deletion of subscription-related data.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months, and thereafter may be stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes only.
Data stored locally on your device, such as playlist URLs, Xtream Codes credentials, favorite channels, watch history and settings, remains under your control. You may clear this data, remove playlists, or uninstall the Application at any time to remove this data from your device.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at hoangthieu1092002@gmail.com, and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some or all of the User-Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hoangthieu1092002@gmail.com so that we can take the necessary actions.
Because the Application plays content from playlists and streams added by the user, content available through third-party IPTV sources is not controlled or filtered by the Service Provider and may not be suitable for children. Parental supervision is advised.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve the Application.
Xtream Codes credentials and playlist URLs you add are stored on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider. If you lose access to your provider credentials, the Service Provider may not be able to recover access to your playlists.
Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and the revised "Last updated" date. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider's processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand-held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
