1. INTRODUCTION
MicroLog ("the App", "we", "our") is a mobile application designed
for permanent makeup (PMU) professionals. This Privacy Policy
describes how the App handles information when you use it.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. MicroLog is an
offline application — your data is stored exclusively on your
device and is never transmitted to any external server by us.

2. INFORMATION STORED BY THE APP
MicroLog stores the following data locally on your device:
• Client information: name, phone number, email address, date
of birth, skin type, allergy notes, medical notes, address,
referral source, and profile photos.
• Appointment/session records: dates, treatment notes, before
and after photos, status, price, satisfaction ratings.
• Service information: service names, categories, prices,
durations.
• Financial records: income and expense amounts, descriptions,
categories, and dates.
• App settings: preferred language and display theme.
All of the above data is stored in an SQLite database file
located in the private storage of your device. This data is
not accessible to other apps and is not uploaded anywhere.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The data stored by MicroLog is used solely to provide the
features of the App, including:
• Displaying and managing client profiles and appointments
• Generating financial reports and charts
• Creating and restoring data backups
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or
profiling of any kind.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
All data is stored locally in the private storage directory
of your device. It is not stored on any server owned or
operated by us.
When you use the Backup feature, the App creates a ZIP file
containing your database and photos. This file is saved to
a location you choose on your device (or shared via an app
you select). We have no access to this backup file.
We do not transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal data
with any third party, except as described in Section 6
(Google AdMob) below.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
HOW LONG WE RETAIN DATA:
Your data is retained on your device for as long as the App
is installed. We do not impose any expiration date on stored
data. You are in full control of your data at all times.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA:
You have multiple ways to delete your data:
a) Delete individual records:
Open any client, appointment, service, or financial record
within the App and use the Delete option. Deleting a client
will also delete all their associated appointments.
b) Clear all app data:
Go to your device Settings → Apps → MicroLog → Storage →
Clear Data. This permanently deletes all records, photos,
and settings stored by the App.
c) Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling MicroLog removes all locally stored app data
from your device permanently.
d) Delete backup files:
If you have previously exported a backup ZIP file, you can
delete it from your device's file manager at any time.
We do not store any copies of your backup files.
Because we do not collect or store any data on our servers,
we are unable to delete data on your behalf from a remote
location. All data deletion is performed locally on your device
using the methods described above.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — GOOGLE ADMOB
MicroLog displays banner advertisements provided by
Google AdMob. AdMob is a third-party advertising service
operated by Google LLC.
AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads:
• Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
• IP address
• Device model and operating system version
• General location (country/region, based on IP)
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

To limit ad personalization, you can:
• Go to your device Settings → Google → Ads →
"Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• Or reset your Advertising ID in the same menu

7. PERMISSIONS
MicroLog may request the following device permissions:
• Camera / Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES):
Used to take or select photos for client profiles and
session records. Photos are saved only to the App's
private local storage.
• Internet:
Required only for loading AdMob banner advertisements.
Your app data is never sent over the internet.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
MicroLog is intended for use by adults and business
professionals. The App is not directed at children under
the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will
be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this
document and may be announced in the App or on the Play Store
listing. Your continued use of the App after any changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
