Privacy Policy

Summary
Luggo does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Your packing lists stay on your device and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud account. The developer cannot see them.
Who we are
Luggo ("the app") is published by [YOUR NAME OR REGISTERED COMPANY].
Questions about this policy or your privacy: elhassnaoui.yassinee@gmail.com
What the app stores on your device
Your trips, packing lists, categories, items, and which items you've packed
Your settings: weather alerts, list language, always-pack items, what you travel for, and how you heard about the app
A cached weather forecast for trips that have a destination
Whether you have purchased Luggo Pro
All of this is held in the app's own storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no ability to read it.
iCloud sync (optional)
If you enable iCloud sync, your trips are copied into your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage so they appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. That data is controlled by you and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to it. Turning the setting off stops further syncing.
Weather forecasts
When a trip has a destination, the app sends only that destination's latitude and longitude and the trip's date range to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) to retrieve a forecast. No name, email, device identifier, or account information is sent, and the request is not linked to you. Open-Meteo's terms and privacy information: https://open-meteo.com/en/terms
Finding a destination
When you type a destination name, that text is sent to Apple's geocoding service to convert it into map coordinates. This is performed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The app does not read your device's GPS location and never asks for location permission.
Purchases
Purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple only tells the app whether a valid purchase exists for your Apple Account.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push server, and no notification content ever leaves your device.
What we do not do
No analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting SDKs
No advertising, ad identifiers, or ad networks
No tracking across other apps or websites (the app does not use App Tracking Transparency because it performs no tracking)
No accounts, sign-ups, logins, or email collection
No selling or sharing of personal information with anyone
Children
Luggo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights and choices
Because everything lives on your device and in your own iCloud, you stay in direct control:
Delete your data — delete a trip in the app, or delete the app to remove everything stored on the device.
Stop iCloud sync — turn off "iCloud sync" in the app's Settings.
Stop notifications — turn off "Weather alerts" in the app's Settings, or disable notifications for Luggo in iOS Settings.
If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Because we do not hold any personal data about you, these are satisfied by the controls above. You are welcome to contact us with any question at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
