Murika Logistics ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Pristine Technologies Ltd, provides delivery management
services through the Murika Logistics mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
and protect your information.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name, phone number, email address
- Location data: GPS location during active deliveries (drivers only)
- Device information: Device ID, operating system version
- Usage data: Delivery history, earnings records, app activity
3. How We Use Your Information
- To assign and track deliveries in real time
- To calculate driver earnings and process payments
- To improve app performance and fix issues
- To communicate delivery updates to customers
4. Location Data
We collect precise location only when the app is in use during an active delivery. Location data is not
collected in the background after a delivery is completed.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Firebase (Google) — for authentication and crash reporting
- Google Maps — for navigation and location services
- Mobile money providers (MTN, Airtel) — for payment processing
6. Data Retention
Delivery and earnings records are retained for 2 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of
your account by contacting us.
