This Privacy Policy describes how LiveSellKit ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully.

1. OVERVIEW

LiveSellKit is a business management tool designed for live-streaming sellers. The App works entirely offline. All data you enter (products, orders, customers, sessions, finances) is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate servers and do not receive, transmit, or process any of your business data.

2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

When you use the App, the following data is saved locally on your device's internal storage:
• Product information (name, price, stock quantity, photos, category)
• Customer information (name, phone number, email address, delivery address, notes)
• Order records (items ordered, amounts, payment and delivery status, notes)
• Live session records (platform, date, viewer count, revenue, notes)
• Business expense records (title, category, amount, date, notes)
• App preferences (selected language, selected theme)
This data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. It is not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party by the App itself.

3. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect, store, or have access to:
• Your name, email address, or any registration information (no account required)
• Your location
• Device identifiers or usage statistics from our side
• Any data you enter into the App

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — ADVERTISING
─────────────────────────────────────────
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain information automatically to serve relevant ads, including:
• Device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device type and operating system version
• Approximate location (based on IP address)
• App interaction data for ad performance
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy Policy. You can review Google's data practices at:

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

5. CAMERA AND PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS

The App requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to add a photo to a product. Photos you select are stored locally on your device as part of the product record. We do not upload, transmit, or share any photos you take or select.

6. DATA RETENTION
─────────────────────────────────────────
All data stored by the App (products, orders, customers, sessions, expenses) is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed. The App does not automatically delete your data. You remain in full control of your data at all times.
Data entered into the App is retained indefinitely until:
• You manually delete individual records within the App
• You clear the App's data through your device's application settings
• You uninstall the App from your device
• You use the in-app "Restore Data" feature with a backup file, which replaces all existing data

7. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You have multiple options to delete your data:
Option A — Delete individual records:
Open the App → navigate to any section (Products, Orders, Customers, etc.) → swipe left on any record → tap Delete.
Option B — Clear all App data via device settings:
On Android: Go to Settings → Apps → LiveSellKit → Storage → Clear Data.
This will permanently remove all data stored by the App.
Option C — Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling LiveSellKit from your device will permanently remove all data stored by the App, including the local database and backup files stored in the App's documents folder.

8. DATA SECURITY
─────────────────────────────────────────
Your data is stored locally in a SQLite database file on your device's internal storage, which is protected by your device's built-in security (screen lock, encryption where supported). We recommend keeping your device secure with a screen lock and keeping your operating system up to date.
The backup feature exports your data as an encrypted ZIP archive. Store backup files in a secure location.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

LiveSellKit is intended for use by adults operating a business. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. SHARING OF DATA

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is:
• When you voluntarily use the "Backup Data" feature: you share a backup file with a service of your own choosing (e.g., email, cloud storage). This action is entirely user-initiated.
• Google AdMob data as described in Section 4.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
