The app can only access, create, and manage files created by LedgerMate itself

Backup data remains private and accessible only to you

LedgerMate provides an optional SMS notification feature for transaction entries

SMS messages are not sent automatically
The app opens the device’s default messaging application with a pre-filled message
Messages are sent only after user confirmation
Users can enable or disable SMS notifications per customer at any time
LedgerMate does not send SMS silently, in the background, or without user interaction

All ledger entries and financial records are stored:
Locally on your device, and/or
In your personal Google Drive account (if backup is enabled)
LedgerMate does not store your financial data on its own servers.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

LedgerMate may request storage or media access permissions to:
Export ledger reports as PDF files
Share reports through apps like WhatsApp
Allow users to select a profile picture from their device gallery
The app accesses images and media only when the user explicitly chooses to:
Select or update a profile picture, or
Export or share a PDF or image using the system file picker or share sheet
LedgerMate does not access photos, images, or media files automatically, in the background, or without user action.
The app does not scan, upload, or collect unrelated personal photos or media.

LedgerMate may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect anonymous, non-personal usage data in accordance with Google’s privacy policies
LedgerMate does not control or access data collected by third-party advertising services
