Thank you for choosing to use the Wear OS app Intervalls ("we," "our," or "us"). Protecting your personal information is very important to us. Below, we inform you about how data is handled in connection with the use of our app.

2. Collection and Storage of Data

Local Data Storage: All training profiles, phases, and settings created by you (such as workout names, durations, and colors) are stored exclusively locally on your smartwatch (via local SharedPreferences).

No Transfer to Third Parties: There is no transfer of your workout data, personal information, or usage statistics to us or any third parties. The app operates completely offline on your device.

3. App Permissions

The "Intervalls" app requires certain permissions on your Wear OS watch to function properly:

VIBRATE: Required to provide tactile feedback (vibrations) when switching training phases.

WAKE_LOCK & FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Used to ensure the timer continues running stably in the background (e.g., when the screen is locked or in ambient mode) and guides you reliably through your interval training without being stopped by the system.

No other device or location data is collected or evaluated beyond these technical permissions.

4. Analytics Tools and Advertising

The app contains no advertisements, tracking tools, Google Analytics, or other analysis software to monitor your user behavior.

5. User Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there are generally no data collection, access, deletion, or correction rights that need to be exercised. You can delete all created training profiles directly in the app at any time or uninstall the app from your watch, which will completely remove all locally stored data.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy occasionally to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our app. The current version will apply to your renewed use.
